Hayato's 4th job skill Hitokiri Strike duration

after using Hitokiri Strike, it giveing a buff that supposed to give 45 critical rate for 40 sec.
i'm using both Hitokiri Strike hyper skills
the buff duration not affected by inner ability or legion board

    That's true even on my char @Reboot hitokiri strike isn't affected by buff duration. beside other bugs like crit rate display with it's buff
    Also buff freezer does not keep some of Hayato skills like (Booster-Military might-Akatsuki Hero and iajutsu phantom blade)
