    Well to be honest it's not necessary at all (but I'm not against it). I have all jobs leveled to 120 at least (except 5 explorer branches and 2 cygnus) and 12 is enough. Sure there are some that would give a nice boost but if you are training then you can focus on EXP related, when not training, you don't need any EXP related (Aran, Mercedes or (sort of) Evan). Explorers miss any link skills (which is a shame, they could have something, maybe shared, maybe job related, like +X% primary stat of the link source character, but only can use one explorer link), IMO Resistance is quite useless, Cygnus also, Mihile and Angelic are quite situational, not great for generic purposes.

    The whole point of link skills is to give you a reason to level the new job. That stops applying when your link skill slots are full.

    Just remove the cap so we can have our minor benefits from making every class.
