The Legends Return blocking my character

Bug type: Technical

Brief bug summary: After accepting the explanation from the robot guy about the quest and trying to enter the 'arena', it disconnected me from the game.
After trying to return to the game with that same character, it logs me into the game for 1 second into a dark room, freezes, puts me back to the server screen and displays the
'Unable to log on to the game server. Please try again later'. After I press OK it opens up another error that says 'That ID is already logged in. Please try again later' - I press OK there and it displays ANOTHER pop-up that says 'Are you ready to exit?', If I press YES it quits the game, If I press cancel it just pops the same 'Are you ready to exit?' message again and again until I click YES.

More details: If I wait a bit after the 'That ID is already logged in. Please try again later' message I can log in back to my character selection screen. Although if I select that character that started the quest it does the whole disconnecting thing all over again.

Steps to reproduce: Just to try to log in into that character that accepted the quest.

Character name: Murcielago

Character level: 178

Character job: Demon Avenger

World name: Luna

Date and time of the incident: 02/09/2018 about 1:30 - 2:00 AM PST

    Happening to me also ticket is open and im a returning player and now my char is stuck..... going to fall behind in luna event and apparently nothing can be done...

    Exactly the same happening as the OP.

    Falling behind / Losing game time / cant access the game I mean what more can I say..... Been back a week =/ The worst thing is we wont even been compensated for the things we lose....

    I play on Bera of North America
    After I choosed channel it's always pop up the 'Are you ready to exit?', cancel and it pop up again...
