[Reboot] looking for a guild that offers carry

So I am still leveling, level 80 on my main, I restarted on reboot so I am doing my links sometimes while working on my main sometimes.
I am looking for a guild that offer carry on some bosses as I contribute to the guild.

I would prefer it to be EU time, not a must altho I play normal 3am pst time till 1pm pst , so its not a good time with pst people
