Nexon Launcher won't open!

My Nexon Launcher won't open, I've tried multiple things, but it keeps doing the user control thing, where it pops up and asks if it's okay to open this , and it's under the hard drive of this computer...? Then, i'll wait for it to open, and it'll continue to sit there, say in game, then won't open maplestory. it's really annoying. please help me?
