Move the collector, or bring back quick travel

Hey, so we can't quick travel to the FM anymore in cities after its removal, but the collector is still inside the portal to the free market. Can we put him and the avatar stamp people somewhere else? Or can we just get the quick travel to FM back?

It seems silly to remove the quick travel, when we still need to go to the free market at least once a week if we hoard boss crystals, and at most several times a day depending on when you do bosses.
