bug in towards the sky 2 quest

i was just doing towards the sky 2 quest to get the dragon rider boss.
when i spoke to chief tatomo to buy the dragon moss extract as i was asked and bought it for 50m
when i gave it to matada for the soaring skill he gave me the quest over again (towards the sky 2)
so i just lost 50mil for nothing and i cant rebuy it from cheid tatamo...

    You did the wrong quest, the item you brought was for the mount flying skill.
    Talk to chief Tatamo, and talk to him normally ("I would like to ask you something") for a list of choice
    • Buy the magic seed
    • Do something for Leafre
    • Find the ingredient for the flying potion (Dragon Moss Extract)

    Choose the 3rd option to get it for free.
