Illium 2nd Job advancement quest Crashes

Brief bug summary:
When Im doing the 2nd job advancement quest... there is a cutscene where Illium taps into the crystal's power and the screen suddenly turns white and then the game crashes.

Renegades
Date and time of the incident:
17/03/2018 and onward




Update: I created another Illium Character and the problem still persists... 2nd job cutscene's white flash still crashes the game

    Hiya, this issue should be fixed as of March 22, 2018 Maintenance.

    -An issue where players did not receive the 2nd job on their Illium character has been fixed. We have reset the quest and moved your character so that players affected can get the Illium 2nd job.
