My IGN Looks diffrent to other players

so i was opening an phantom and choose myself an name like this:

then i was joining an guild and i notice that they call me ecarde with accent but i didnt get it so i search and find what my name is looking diffrent to other players:

i whould like to know if there any way that you can help me change my IGN cause its disturbing me.

    It probably has to do with your computer's font settings or unicode format. What was the character you used to type out the name?

    As far as what, exactly, happened I wouldn't be able to tell you. Regional fonts can be tricky to work with.
    As far as solutions go, without knowing exactly what's causing it the best I can offer is changing your name to something else. Or, what I would personally suggest, simply leave it; if it displays fine to you, there shouldn't be much of an issue. Most people are probably going to call you "Card", without the accents or symbols.

    i didnt know that when i opend that char but now its really disturbing me is there any way that you can change my name to something else?

    To change your name, you need to buy a Name Change coupon from the Cash Shop, or wait for an event that sells them in its coin shop.

    You can try contacting Customer Support and asking them to change your IGN because it looks different to people with different codepages.
