Outside chat box in Windowed Mode

If I have the box UNCHECKED, then WHY does it keep popping out when I log in while in windowed mode?
It's so annoying.

    This has only ever occurred to me once, and I'm not particularly sure how it happened (I was fiddling with my computer's settings and stuff happened).

    If you check and uncheck the box again, it should return to normal.

    I thought so too!
    But it's like every other time I log in even with it done it still does this. x_x
    I guess I just wish they'd make it so that it doesn't auto pop out in window mode.
