Remove Unneeded Hyper Teleport Rock Restrictions

Hello,

Currently players are unable to use their Hyper Teleport Rocks to teleport to any of the maps within Commerci and only the Town Hall map within Kritias. I suggest that with the V Care update that is likely to come to GMS before the release of the Ark class, these restrictions are removed for players that have completed the appropriate pre-quests or just remove the restrictions without players having to complete the prequests. Not many people know about using the Maple Guide to warp to these locations and even then the guide only teleports you to a few maps in Kritias and it only offers a teleport to San Commerci in Commerci.

    Can we increase the amount of saved maps too? 13 isn't nearly enough.

    Make so that we can tp around in kirtias and in tyrant castle instead of manually walking
