    Would it be possible to explain which field you're training in?
    In addition, you should try a full shutdown of your computer, just in case. You should also check your internet connection.

    Nexon made some changes to how quests and loot are handled, and a majority of users have reported a significant, visible reduction in lag while training, myself included.
