Cannot Open Maple Achievemnts

Bug type: Quest error

Brief bug summary: I cannot open the "Maple Achievements" feature even after I completed the "Prerequisite Quest" for it.

More details: Here is a screenshot of the bug: https://imgur.com/a/hYjK1y3 It shows in my "completed" tab of my quest window that I have completed it, but when I attempt to open the "Maple Achievements," the window in the middle pops up saying that I have not completed the quest yet.


Steps to reproduce: Attempt to open the Maple Achievements window after completing the prerequisite quest



Character name: UltimateNPC

Character level: 228

Character job: Paladin

World name: MYBCKN (Bellocan)

Date and time of the incident: Ever since December 2017 (Forgot the exact date, but that was when I noticed it for the first time)
