[Cash Shop Request] Bear and Dunas packages

These two packages were available a very very long time ago, and I haven't seen them since. By a long time ago, I mean at least four or five years.

The Bear Package consisted of "Bear Hat" and "Bear Cape"

The Dunas Package consisted of "Dunas Hat" and "Dunas Cape"

I would like to see these brought back as a limited time package that contains permanent equips.
