Is there an issue with Petite Planet Seeds?

I have planted 18 seeds, twice over now. I'm certain as I've written them down and crossed them off and it's not showing. Is there a way to see which seeds you have planted?
Is this ticket worthy? I feel nubbly even posting this, but I have completed the other 4/5 of the quests and this 17/18 is annoying. I have reseeded all 3 seeds for snow, sea, beach, mountain and desert. I am certain of the meadow as they were my first 3 I did. Help?

    Try redoing Meadow anyway? Maybe you accidentally used the same seed twice, there?

    I haven't personally done this event, but people have been able to complete it.

    I retried. Wasn't them. It was somehow one from the desert. The same lot I did the day before worked today. Regardless, thanks for the reply. :)
