Bug type: Quest Activation Failure

Brief bug summary: Cannot move forward in The Afterlands as Ashkaya's options do not include the "I would like to move to the next world" option

More details: I did the first "Last Warrior Standing" fiight last night then logged off. Logged back in and had to fight again and when Ashkaya sent me to the land of riches Joel's Food quest did not appear and i can no longer do anything there.

Steps to reproduce: Log out before the first circulation in the afterlands

Character name: Royaza

Character level: 77

Character job: Battle Mage

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: Approximately 11:00 am CST
