Can't Pick Up Golem Doll

In the "Golems Amok" required quest for Aran, I am required to pick up a golem doll, but when I press the pick up button, nothing happens.

    Do you already have one in your inventory?
    Is your ETC inventory full?
    Are you getting any error messages in your chat (including Battle tab)?

    Idk, what was wrong, but I was able to pick it up today. But, thx ;)
