Unable to redeem Free Leveling Package on Reboot.

Coupon button cannot be clicked in Cash Shop on Reboot server.

I play only on Reboot server, so using code on another server is not an option.

I see no obvious notification about limitations on the code, aside from once-per-account and expiration on July 31st.

I also see no obvious limitations on coupon redemption on Reboot server.

Please help.
