bug with the special store in temple of time

Today I was doing the quest's for the temple of time and I found the "Quill You find my pen". I accept the quest, I am going to find the special store, I find it, I enter and the place where the store should be, there is nothing, I tried another character but nothing, there is still no store.

    Same I was doing the quest. I found the strange ornate chest and I clicked it and it sent me to an empty room. :(
    Do you have to do the quill you find my pen quest to do the 5th job or no?
    I really hate this quest lol

    You don't need to do the "Quill You Find My Pen?" for 5th job.

    I will still forward the issue with the missing box.
