Brief bug summary: PB allowed to receive one-of-a-kind item from the quest, Monster Collection.

More details: As above, when I logged in as PB, I was allowed to receive that chair, not any stop nor any prevention mechanism that the chair was not transferable. The quest went smoothly and now the chair is stuck there forever (and lost)
