Monster health bar/ can't mine and harvest/legion

Brief bug summary:
Monster info/ and health bar won't show up: even boss' health bar(I could see Hilla's health bar, but not VonLeon's health bar). my monster info/health option is on.

Can't harvest/mine: nothing happens when I try to mine. (in ardent and hunting fields)

Legion bug: after the raid, the empty coin and damage window won't disappear until I log off.

Quest progress won't show up at the upper middle of the screen (collecting items or monsters hunted)


I reinstalled the game, but that didn't fix the bug
