Unable to Claim Reward points

So today I noticed I had some reward points in my bar (310) and I can't add any more, so I go into the Cash shop, but they don't go to my balance and remain there in the Rewards Point Bar in game. I tried this a few times, and tried on a different character. Cannot claim my points.

    Did you hit your daily 3000 RP limit from in-game content?
