V Care Question - Unlocking Node Slots

So you can only unlock two slots via mesos - so if you were lv225, you could unlock the lv230 and lv235 slots - but what happens once you level to 230? Are you then able to unlock the lv240 slot, or are you limited to being able to unlock two node slots period?

I've tried looking through KMS videos and posts but haven't found anything close to an answer.
