These 2 Nebulite changes are wrong arent they?

Nebulite (Invincible for 1 more seconds after getting attacked) All Stats % (4), Defense (5), Max HP (5)
Nebulite (Abnormal Status Duration : -2 sec) All Stats % (4), Defense (5), Max HP (5)


Looks like they miss tiped.. since Invincible [A] nebulite give only % (3).
