Untradable EXP coupons to tradable within account

For the EXP coupons that come from various boxes such as from the reward system, the monster park, etc, can we change those coupons from untradable to at 'tradable within account'?

These EXP coupons are useless on my lvl250 main. Instead of dropping them to the ground, I wish they can be used on my other chars within the same account. :(
