Did KMS ever had a CVellum Helm? I used a Eternal Flame on it and it gave me complete trash and it never gave me 4 lines.

    KMS has Cvell Helmets. You are just unlucky.

    it's a good thing tyrants arent part of a boss set cuz if they are, people would be raising the prices by alot for flames. For Demon Avengers, they have better chances on getting the stats they need for flaming Absolabs compared to Tyrants.
