Regarding scissor restriction on some items

Hello guys,
After ARK update, it's said that scissor restrictions will be removed. However, l still can see a few of my items are having scissor restrictions, l was wondering if any of you have the same items.

    The scissor restrictions refer to an equipment that has been flamed and has gain a maximum scissor count before becoming permanently untradable.
