Character Delete Timer

Here's a suggestion, get rid of this stupid timer to delete a character. No one likes it, its a waste of time and we should be able to delete our characters whenever we want.

    I think it's there as a "are you REALLY sure?" thing. Maybe initially you want to delete your Mercedes and then you gain the determination to train it to 140.

    I think maybe there should be a trash can. Deleted characters go into it. If wanted, you can take it back out. After 30 days, the characters in the trash can are deleted.
