only need elcectrical heart 0-series to get stat?

i made a electrical heart 0-series with m.att and I don't have an andriod, can i still get stats from it? is there a bug in game concerning this?

    You have to have a Futuroid to get stats from the O-series heart.
    Unfortunately, Gaga, who used to make Futuroids, stopped doing so when we got the first Wondroid event.
    So, as of now, there is no way for you to get the stats from the O-series heart.

    Are you in bera? if so ill look to see if i have an extra futuroid from marvel (edit) sorry only got summeroid, top school roid and a crap ton of fantastical androids both female and male really sorry about that...
