Arcane Symbol Leveling Cost Inconsistency Bug

Description: Unsure if it relates to the issue, but I recently received the 20 Arcane Symbols for Vanishing Journey from the Event Notifier and used them, which gave the required EXP to level my Symbol from Level 3 to Level 4. Though my mesos are lacking in general to level up my Symbol, the price required to upgrade the Symbol is inconsistent each time I close the "Not Enough Mesos. (Required Mesos: X)" menu and reopen it. The prices are always changing to around 690m, 780m, and 1.4b.
