Can’t have more than 42 characters

Not sure if anyone mentioned it but after the patch in character select you can’t create more than 42 characters again, even if you have the 4 slots bought to bring it to 46. I also deleted a character that was in my 43rd slot and tried to make a new character there but I kept getting an error that I need to purchase another slot or that I was at maximum characters. It’s almost like it has been reverted it back to the patch prior to getting 46 slots.
