Cannot claim reward (Monad)

Bug type: in game quest related

Brief bug summary: Apparently after i had done a part of monad i didn't have enough room so a light bulb quest pops up "[ Claim Monad Reward] We stil have more gifts for you!" when i try to accept this i get a you don't have enough room in your use tab inventory i have opened 14 slots so far and i doubt this 1 box would need any more room.

More details: Click light bulb click the quest click box be disappointed. Item box name - Eyeful's Armor Coupon (special) x1

Steps to reproduce: Have your inventory almost full and finish the quest where the little 1 eyed yeti comes around (Eyeful)

Character name: Enjyu

Character level: 221

Character job: Buccaneer

World name: Luna

Date and time of the incident: Thursday 26 july 2018 around 11 pm CEST

    Are any of your other inventories full? Try clearing some space in your equip or etc tab to check.

    Yea i made room everywhere without anything fixing it sadly. I have a few years of experience with maple so i tried all the simple normal things that sometimes work. Its not that i need it but its 1 of those minor annoying things. I have maple on multiple pc's so its not the client either.

    Its game problem. I have same issues. Can't receive the reward Eyeful's Armor Coupon (special).

    Also some NPC's text in Korean. I think this patch have a lot of bug. also keep getting disconnected while playing t
