Customer support's timelines
I do appreciate the new approach in addressing player's requests but is there a reason that my ticket (Request #661733) is open for more than a month already?
Does this new policy includes some kind of "waiting period"?
Request submitted on June 24th.
sup. GM replied on July 11th
I answered the GM's question on the same date
Since then, people/GMs look at the ticket every few days but nothing has been done and the ticket is still open.
Any idea what should I be doing ? (I did not read here or had any connection with nexon's support for over a year)
