    the range doesnt change after use this skill but this skill should work on this

    Level 30: MP Cost: 80, Additional Avoidability: +30%, Duration: 200 sec
    [Passive Effects - Attack Power: +10%, DEX: +15%, Max HP: +20%]

    Not a bug, the skill description say it only add avoidability when you cast the buff. (The damage component is already active even without the buff)
