Changing PIC

Returning player from a few years ago and I can't remember what my PIC was. I tried to change it and it keeps telling me I entered an incorrect PIC, so I attempt to reset it and Nexon tells me I currently have no PIC setup on this account. What do I do? I have no access to the game because of this feature..
