Burning Wind Archer skill points bug

So I made a burning character, specifically Wind Archer, and so far for job 1 and 2, I was only missing 1 point each, Now i'm currently on 4th job, and looking at my 3rd job skill, i'm missing 6 points. I'm pretty sure all jobs skill from 1-4 can be max. So maybe its a burning character bug? I don't really know what caused it.
Should i submit a ticket right away?

    Not all classes get full SP for all their skills, especially the ones that were designed earlier. You are correct in that Wind Archers miss 6 SP from their 3rd job skills - it's not a bug, it's actually intentional.
