Stuck on [MONAD] Act 3

I was doing act 3, killing Fembris to get back to Skuas i got DC'd from the game and then when i logged back in.
i got stuck on that quest and i couldn't forfeit the quest.
I tried to restart the act, but didn't work
when i try to restart it says ''Do you want to return to those waiting for you'' >Yes (gets you back to the stuck part) >No (it's supposed to restart the act but nothing happens).

    i've got the exact same issue

    i'm still going back and forth between customer support; will update if i get a resolution

    EDIT: raise a ticket - they'll login and do it for you
