I want to know if there is any mob that drops the Magic Powder Purple, I was told to drop the plants and legendary stones they find on the map if that is the only way there is some place that appears a lot of them?
Am I Playing Global Reboot to buy from other players?
If so, could anyone tell me the average value?

    You are not allowed to trade on Reboot.
    There only 2 way to get Magic Powder Purple.
    -From Heartstone, Golden Flower, (legendary) mysterious vein, and (legendary) mysterious herb
    -There is a 10% chance to get one when crafting Lidium, Luk Crystal, and Wisdom Crystal
