Not Sure if Item is Permanent in NX Shop

Hi guys i am a returning player after not playing for 9 years. So i know a lot of items in the cash shop usually says how many days they last for and some are permanent, but i am not sure if the Bright Angel Package is limited time or if it's a Permanent item set since i can't seem to see what it says for it anywhere. so someone please help me lol i'm not even sure if i'm posting in the right topic so my bad if it's wrong.
