Memory leak? UI/Texture doesn't load after a while

After prolonged periods of play, suddenly things will stop loading in, terrain, enemies, world map, ui elements, etc... and when I check task manager, the ram usage is 4 gb, when as far as I know, it's supposed to be max 2 gb? (requirements for the game). Only resetting the game fixes this, (which sucks as a fix, because for some reason re-entering the game takes a really long time after exiting... Connecting to server takes like 200* longer than it does on the first boot of the game which is instant.)
