Beast Tamer Meow Card nerf?

Yeah I just noticed that after a recent maintenance that I can no longer use meow card inside Ursus... and now the buff isnt affected by my buff skill duration inner. Nexon why are you nerfing my already garbage class anyway??

    If the buff was affected by buff duration and could be used in Ursus originally, I'd recommend submitting a bug report about these issues with the buff so it can be looked into further.
