I Guess this doesn't have to be a Sunny Sunday Perk, could be any random day.
Buttttttt.

Double the chances of a monster being added to monster collection.
Personally thinks this would be great considering most people collect higher level mobs by chance..
And the mini elite monster are a pain in themselves when you find one and no collection pops...
