Angelic polar Cape / Cash cover ISSUE

Brief bug summary: After this last patch the angelic polar cape dissapears whenever I do an attack animation, this was not happening before, I have tested using different scenarios, and issue still happens.

More details:

- cape dissapears whenever I do an attack animation
- cape dissapears when I sit in some chairs too, some other chairs does not affect the cape

Steps to reproduce:

Just attack with an skill or basic attack

Character name: SolarisBless

Character level: 210

Character job: Archmage I/L

World name: Bera

Date and time of the incident: 8:10 pm Pacific Time
