4th Job Advancement won't unlock

My character's class is Illium. I leveled up to 100 but I didn't get any story quests (for my 4th job advancement) on my quest log so I decided to level up one more as I thought it may trigger to give me the quest on the quest log. After leveling up and not getting it in my quest log, I decided to go back to Illium's hideout and saw a locked quest from the npc Machina. The locked quest was my job advancement! I clicked on it and it said the level requirement was 100.. I am one level higher yet still the quest is still locked. I went to support center but no responses. I'd really like to get back on and continue as it's my main character. I don't want to delete it or anything. I tried to do the repair installation as well but it didn't work. I logged out and in, restarted my game, restarted the launcher, not sure what to do.
