Dark Winds not working.

This seems a bit weird to me, but for some reason my Dark winds isn't working on my DA. Anyone had a similar issue and might have a fix?

I have tried fully shutting down my PC as well as restarting my PC. I run Windows 10, and SOMETIMES I can get my jump to work once or twice, but when I go to a new map, I lose that ability once again. And that's the rare occasion that it actually works after shutting down my PC. I was just wondering if there was some sort of fix other than that, or if maybe it was just a bug for all Demon Avengers.
