Brief bug summary: Wings of Fate disappear when in Spectre mode

More details:
Not sure what other details i could add besides showing it in a video
Here's a video showing it


Steps to reproduce:
Use Ark, get the wings of fate, equip, go into spectre mode



Character name: Looonnniii

Character level: 194

Character job: Ark

World name: Scania

Date and time of the incident: 9/8/2018 12:15 AM CST

    This is due to these wings being an "effect" (you can make them invisible by using the Effect button in your Equip window).
    Other capes that are an effect (such as the galaxy cape from the last anniversary) don't show up in specter mode, either.
    This is intended.
