    Jw, is this stated somewhere, because I took this picture on the July 22, 2018 Sunny Perk and the second line is legendary according to https://strategywiki.org/wiki/MapleStory/Inner_Ability#Movement_Speed_Increase
    (And yes, I realize that the site I link also says max bottom two lines is Unique.)

    From what I remember ages ago, on old characters who already had one legendary ability before the Inner ability revamp (back when Azwan was still relevant to unlocking it), locking that legendary ability after the revamp and re-rolling will eventually move the legendary inner ability to the 2nd line allowing two legendary inner ability to be kept.

    Hmm, that's good to know....but the thing is (and I could be remembering wrong) I don't think I would have "locked" +20 MS. =L
    Though I think +20 MS might be just a special case, since I've been trying to keep track of second line legendaries (and again, could be bad memory or just not paying attention), but so far think I've only seen +20 MS as legendary and this website also has the +20MS as an example as second legendary.
