Brief bug summary:
Storm of Arrows, the 5th job bowmaster skill, does not work against certain monsters.

More details:
The main issue with this is during 3rd phase of hard lucid. Storm of arrows does not work on hard lucid 3rd phase and causes bowmasters to lose a SIGNIFICANT portion of damage (30-40%). This makes it insanely hard for a bowmaster to contribute their 6.67T damage required to pull their weight in a hard lucid party. A bowmaster would need significantly more funds/range/gear than other classes to do hard lucid with this glitch.

Steps to reproduce:
Use storm of arrows and battle analysis when attacking a monster which does not trigger storm of arrows. The 2 that come to mind for this are Stage 3 Hard Lucid (ONLY during 3rd stage, works fine with the other 2 stages), and straw targeted dummies which are purchased with dojo points.
