[Lotus] Inconsistent Laser Movements

During the first stage of Lotus, the laser will occasionally move sporadically around the map and kill players that try to follow the laser's regular set motion and speed.

- Time of occurrence: Sept. 15th, 2018 to today

    Define "sporadically". The laser is meant to change speed and direction randomly throughout the fight, it has no "regular set motion and speed".
