NX rings glitch

With my couple/friendship rings, it glitches out and rewinds to go back to the beginning, but the effect never fully goes all the way through. Everyone else's characters around me do the effect normally, but it seems to be only me that sees it glitchy. Is it just me or is there something I can find in the Windows Registry that I can change?
